I am in a predicament about what might be called "forbidden love"

there are two girls I kinda like...1 at school and one somewhere else both are not supposed to date for different reasons one parental authority and the other for a more complex reason I have feelings for both at different times and I do not know how to choose if the possibility of dating occurred under "forbidden love" as sometimes happens also how could I block my feeling for the other individual so it does not get in the way of the potential relationship

First of all - you've shared that neither are allow to date, so there's your answer. You've shared you kinda like them both, but since they cannot date, I would suggest you just move on.

How is this considered "forbidden love"? You're just in love with two different people. Make a decision and stick with it.

Choose the second one.
If you really loved the first one, you wouldn't of fallen in love with the second.
