Hard boil a couple of eggs and cut them with a slicer. Carefully pick them up and put them back in the slicer, sideways. Now cut them again. With a fork mix in a teaspoon of curry powder. Add a little mayonnaise if you prefer. Shred some lettuce, place in sandwich, spoon on the curried egg ... dang, I think I'm going to do some tonight.
Mix Mayo with a bit(teaspoon) of both sweet and Dill pickle Juice, finely chopped pickles, dab of Dijon, and pinch of Herbs de Provence(available in most grocery stores). Put in fridge and let sit for hour or so. Chop Eggs( take out few of the Egg Yellows for healthier version) add salt& black pepper- stir to mix. Add Mayo mixture and let sit in fridge for another hour. Sprinkle top with Paprika and serve! Yum-yum!!
