If I took singing lessons for my clean vocals about how much better could I get?

currently I suck at clean vocals so if any of you guys or girls have taken lessons before did it really help your singing if so about how much?

Your vocal cords need to be worked out. You can see improvement in your range with regular exercise. But if you are tone deaf or have a poor voice, you may not see as much improvement as you'd like. I'd get the opinion of several people who have heard you and can sing.

I sound like a dying ostrich when I sing, so I hope I find just as good of answers as you do!

what i found is that being forced to take music and sing, if you dont sing for a while then you loose your range, now that we have been singing this quarter its gotten better

All I did was record myself for a few weeks and I discovered the more I sang the better I got.
