I slow roast some breasted and thighs, bone them, grind in food processor, add celery, boiled egg, onion, green pepper, pimento, garlic, salt, pepper, and miracle whip to tie it all together. I gave what's in it, but sadly, I've made it by using the left overs from a chicken dinner mostly, and I lost my printed recipe years ago, and now just adjust each ingredient to taste, and the amount of chicken I have left over.

Okay.....(no need for measurements, just use the amount you like for the amount you are making)
Minced celery Minced red onion Dried cranberries Shredded chicken (boiled, baked, or fried -- it doesn't matter) Mayo White pepper Dash of salt
Mix together with desired amount of mayo -- I like mayo but you can use any binding ingredient you like. Use it right away or let it sit for a few hours so the flavors meld. Serve on toasted sourdough or rye.
Well, time was when I was told to .... (1) assemble the following: Shredded chicken (roasted white meat only) Mayo Boiled egg (plural, if it was a big batch) Celery Sweet curry (a dab, optional) Paprika (add at end, to taste) Salt and pepper Purple raisins Apples (sweet/tart variety) Lemon (juice of 1/2) And .... (2) Hand all this stuff to Grandma, who did Secret Magical things with it. (3) Eat the magical product sitting on some iceberg lettuce. -- Sadly, Grandma is long gone now, so I can't ask her what spells she did. You're on your own.
