Is it weird to date a guy 6 years younger than you?

i really like my guy freind and he told me he likes me but he doesnt know i like him back! would it be weird if i date him and he is only 6 years younger than me?

How old are you? If you're six years older, he at least has to be in his twenties.

Pretty much if it would be OK if it were the other way around (a girl dating a guy 6 years older), then it should be OK this way too.

Hi. My suggestion relies on your "ages" right now. As people get older and, (hopefully) mature, they gain wisdom and knowledge about what are "little things" that make the difference and "big things" that can be a catastrophe. Granted, some become more mature faster than others, but there is a bottom line rule the United States has and this is to make sure people don't do REALLY bad things and make REALLY poor decisions.If you both are under 18, a 6 year spread is WAY too big. If either of you are under 18, the other is in BIG trouble. I'll leave it at that. Take it slow and easy. Please be careful and take care.

I don't think it's such a great idea because think of it this way .... You're 16 then he will be 10 ...not a good Idea ..... Not to break it to you in a mean way but that is ... Weird and gross well that's my opinion so don't take it so personally
