What do I do to sleep?
I keep waking up every two hours..... What do I do now? I'm losing my mind!!
If you usually stay up all night/ almost everynight. Your body has changed to a bc your not gettin anysleep. Start going to bed on regular time give It a few weeks you should be back to normal
May be a symptom of anxiety or such.But may also be nothing serious.Wait for more answers:)
When I wake up i get a cup of milk and read until i go to sleep. I found this drink called 'Ovaltime light break' you should try it. Drink it before you go to sleep. You can also try ' Halicks ' try both and see what one is better for you.
Relax and think of what you did during the day and get comfortable :) just lay down
