There are a few things you need to do to get wonderful glowing skin. Takes some lifestyle changes though. 1. Diet: Limit the amount of sugar you eat. Sugar is detrimental to good skin unless you absolutely got wonderful genes., Vegetables/fruits help detoxify your insides, when your stomach is clean and is able to digest more easily then less work for your liver. Your liver is what cleans out all the toxins in your body. If it's overworked by digesting all that nasty junk food (chips, cookies, processed foods..) then it will not keep your skin looking good. Your skin will be dry, blotchy, etc. 2) Drink plenty of water. for your skin to glow, it has to be hydrated. You can also drink teas, and drinks w/o too much sugar. 3) Externally: Exfoliate!! Number one thing we don't do. I use a TBS of baking soda, mix it with water and and scrub this on my skin 1x/week. I also use Swisa dead sea, facial peel. it's a great exfoliation! Also, wash your face with soap free cleanser..and moisturize 2x/day. In the evening, make sure you rub your face with your moisturizer for about a minute. I noticed my skin is brighter when I do this.
