I have ADD. If I talk to one person in a group setting, I hear EVERYTHING around me, it's very difficult, annoying and not fun. Suggestions?

I have the same problem. I always try to find something interesting in what that person is saying. If that doesn't work then I stare at their mouth or eyes, they're always doing something interesting when the person is talking.

Try putting earbuds in and just try to concentrate on that one person. ?
