Try midol or pamprin. They are designed for period pain. If that does not work see your doctor. They can prescribe you some pain meds. You can also look into Birth Control. It can help too.

Exercising - It relieves your pain due to the amount of moving you're doing.

Midol - Pills for your menstrual cramps, they really help.

Crouching - Lay down on your side and bring your knees all the way up to your chest. It stops the cramps because of the pressure being exerted on it.

Water - It really makes your period less painful, when you drink alot of water.

Hot pack - Idk what's it called but you apply the hot pack to where you're having cramps and you should feel better.

if you're in Amish country they make an herbal concoction guaranteed to work. go to one of their shops ask for women's helper. or make a tincture of st johns wort and vodka. works but could make you sunlight sensitive if prolonged use.

U got great suggestions already. I want mention something I wish I had known but found out later in life after it didn't matter. Sometimes the cramps we can get during that time of the month is actually IBS being activated by hormones. If that is true for u take Citricel fiber drink to sooth your colon. Eating raw carrots and other high fiber foods can b very helpful as well.alsoif u do have iBS avoid Motrin and other anti-inflammatory drugs which Dr recommend fr menstrual cramps. they r the worse thing to take if u have IBS
