Death. You need at the very least... an hour and a half. It is better to get 3 or 4 1/2 or 6 or 7 1/2. A person sleeps in cycles of an hour and a half.... So planning your sleep in 1 and a half hour intervals is best. If you cant shut your body down.... Your body will shut itself down for you, and death is the ultimate shut down.
