You dont gain muscle mass by eating.... You will have to work out to gain muscle mass. Eating high protein foods will help feed your muscles though. The best way to get into shape is by making sure you eat the right foods. That is the MOST important. Feeding your body the right foods will enable any and all exercises you do to pay off with higher results.

Eat protein with every meal. When you work out you are tearing down your muscle. When you eat protein it help to build it and make it stronger, especially for men. If you are wanting to see quick results I suggest you work out 5 days a week or more.
