How many cals?

im 13, girl, 5'8, medium/large frame, and 137 pounds. im have a LOT of access fat on my stomach, fat, and thighs. how many calories do i need a day? and how do i get rid of fat? thanks:)

You dont get rid of fat.... You can only shrink fat cells. You can do that by not eating as many fatty, high carbohydrate, high calorie foods.
I would suggest a 2000 to 3000 calorie diet for starters.... For every 3500 calories you intake... you will gain one pound. You have to burn off that many calories to lose one pound also.
You should start with walking briskly through your neighborhood or on a treadmill. Increase the activity as you can tolerate it. Eating healthy foods is a must... .that means no more sweets, No sodas. No processed foods. You need to eat healthy organic foods to see the fastest results.

2100 cals a day and plenty of exercise and stay away from greesy foods

if your 13 and 137 that's healthy anything 100 or lower is bad for you but try eat less fatty food oh and sodas are a big reason for overweight people in american

I don't feel any woman should lose weight. I feel they're all beautiful in their own ways and should feel confident :)
