Will having a freezer in the garage harm the unit?

Report as

It is not advisable to have a freezer in the garage. However, if the outside temperature cools the unit down to much less than 50 degrees, the compressor will only occasionally kick on. The surrounding climatic condition of your area will play a big role. Learn more from http://www.ehow.com/info_11416259_freezer-work-unheated-garage-winter.html.
