What are some good snacks,food and drinks when working out ?
peanut butter, chocolate milk, almonds
water, Gatorade, granola bar, fruit, always bring towel for cooling off sweat
Oatmeal and Banana
Water, and fruit!!
Plenty of water, fruits, vegetables or maybe some yogurt.
cake, brownies, nachos,burgers, ice cream, oh yeah did I mention bacon?
Water, banana, protein bar, unsalted almonds, yogurt,cheese sticks.
