What helps you to refocus your cluttered thoughts and focus on the things you need to focus on?
it's noon, and that's normally when I start my papers. I need to finish it up today-I need to type and re-vise and need to add on a conclusion. normally I am very good about tucking other thoughts and concerns away-but I've been having a hard time lately, and things keep looming over my head... tips? thanks! edit;I know I should just start, and I plan to, but sometimes that gives me writers block when my mind is too cluttered.
