Contact Amazon customer service. I have dealt more with Ebay than Amazon, but on Ebay there is a protocol. You have to contact the other person a reasonable number of times over a reasonable period of time before filing a complaint and getting any sort of action taken. Contact customer service and they will go over the policies that are in place over situations like these. You are not the first person to complain. And not all complaints are legit. So they have policy in place to protect both the plaintiff and the defendant.
