How do I get my brother to shut is mouth?

Unfortunately you can't get your brother to do anything he doesn't want to do. If reasoning with him doesn't work perhaps you can beat him at his own game. Be more annoying to him than he is to you until he leaves you alone.

Basically you really can't get him or even make him shut up although you can give him one hell of a hard time like sneaking up behind him and slapping something into his face sticky like substance or whatever and just annoy him and continue to do so until he agrees with you to shut his mouth up....
