It depends on who you ask. Some will say America is doing great, which yes we are somewhat better off than many other countries, but if the government is continued to be run like it has been the last two terms of Obama we may not be as well off.

If the country continues to be run as Obama has, Americans will find themselves on their knees, begging the rest of the world for food. Obama is a socialist, and the end result of socialism is ALWAYS the starvation of the masses.

No. It just other countries are advancing and competing now. There was always much that could be improved in America, and much that was exemplary.

That depends completely on whether or not your generation will rise up against the horrible tide of liberalism that has destroyed the hearts and minds of so many Americans.

If there is no return to traditional American values, patriotism, and love of God, then this nation is doomed.

Maybe. Americans have gotten so lazy and pompous they remind me of rich trust fund babies who can't think of anyone else except themselves. And the trend is only getting worse. I can only hope the good old fashion values of hard work will rub off from the immigrants to those already in the US.

It's difficult for me to say. The nostalgic in me says "yes", but the practical person says "Wait and see".

That depends on who you ask, my answer would be different than someone who is unemployed and losing their home. I guess it's relative.

It's going to take a miracle to get the economy back. I don't see a way out at this point.

America does not exist in a vacuum. The question is, has the global economy seen its best days. I think the current economic model is obsolete and unsustainable. A new paradigm is needed.

Sadly, yes. The masses want freebies from the government and vote for who promises the most while we drown in debt.
