In many states the only right is the right to consent. Only at 18 do you reach the age of majority. And even then, you'll be limited because you still can't purchase alcohol or weapons of any sort till you're 21. At 21 the world becomes your oyster, so wait till then to enjoy your adulthood. ;)
Depends on the location, and the issue. Seventeen year olds do have some rights in respect to legal or custodial decisions - at the very least, their opinions are considered by the judge making the decisions.
Only right you have would be with regard to actually being questioned as a suspect in a crime. Then you would have the right to have a parent or legal guardian present. What "rights" are you inquiring about! Three posts ago you said you are trying to be pregnant, now you checking into "your rights". Brings up a lot of questions!
