Help my activity/Notification button has disappeared!

ive tried refreshed and logging out and back in but it hasnt worked
Not really Disappeared but it has 0 or if i have one above the sign out button

maybe, either you have no notifications and your computer is weird or you just didn't let your screen load all the way. (happens to me a lot)'
