Which are better, dumbells or resistance bands?
I'm trying to build muscle and I've been lifting some dumbells but I needed to buy heavier dumbells. I went to the store and I asked a rep. For help to see what was best for me. He said that resistance bands would be better because when you go heavier with dumbells you sometimes sway and it can take away from the weight of it. So I got a 50 lb resistance band. But now I'm thinking will I still get big biceps with the resistance bands or should I just stick with the dumbells or combine the both. Let me know what you guys think
