Stomach sharp pain

hi just would like to know my 13 years old boy had a stomach sharp pain and had for alittle while and it comes and goes and went to emergency and doctors couldn't find any thing on him try couple medicines and it didn't help his pain they did xrays sono grams and still couldn't find out anything does anybody has this priblem when they were young kid

If it is in the low right side by the start of his hip bone it could be his appendix
