How do I know how old my dog is
Ask a vet
It's hard for a regular person to tell often vets can guess to within a couple years by the wear on the teeth and other signs
If you mean in dog years then 7 times how many years you've had it.
Well... I just times their "human years age" by seven.
You take your dogs birthday and count in regular human years and then multiplied that by 7.
You'll know when he/she goes off missing for the past few days, it may not be when you want him/her to go but, at least you'll know how old it was.
If you chop off his tail, you can count the number of rings inside, like a tree.
The average age of a dog varies with breed. The seven times ratio does not apply. There are "gaps" in aging ratios that have been verified medically. Perhaps, a visit to a veterinarian would be a beneficial endeavor for a man's best friend.
Ask your dog sheeeesh is it that hard?! Lol jk idk.
