I am sixteen and I weigh 95lbs, and I eat like a horse...Is there anyway I can gain weight?

I wanna gain weight, but not to much to where I would never want to do anything.

I don't suggest you eat bunches of junk food, that will get you nowhere but a toilet filled with puke, so... Ask your doctor, it may be that you don't eat enough protein, or iron in your bones so you could also eat bunches of healthy stuff, but not too much in the same time, have snacks of fruit after school. And for example of you have spaghetti for dinner, have garlic bread and a side salad with it, sk then your getting all the stuff you need, not eating fatly, and building up protein an hopefully some weight :-P

Find food with lots of fat in it, try to keep the fat really fried so its better to eat.

um eat more? wait i got it eat some healthy food then after that eat something sweet. repeat that process and let me know if it works!

Talk to your doctor about how to best gain weight. They'll know what to do.

eating junk food only kind of works. its 3500 calories to gain a pound and that isnt good pounds. and thats probably double what you take in anyway in a day i would suggest just doing some working out. not running but lifting weights and that type of stuff if you dont do super sets it wont burn much calories

Don't do the junk food thing that everyone else is saying. It mayy help your size.. But it will most likely cause bad breakouts on ur face. And in my opinion I'd rather be super skinny without Acne rather then bring normal size and having acne. (Just a warning.. Ur face may not breakout.. But I know mine does)

Don't eat junk food. Talk to your doctor about HEALTHY ways to gain weight. You could also lift and gain muscle weight c:

Don't listen to the people telling you to eat junk food. It can lead to some bad eating habits that you'll pay for later in life. If you haven't had a physical lately, get one. Also make sure you eat plenty of protein.

if you want to stay healthy and gain weight, the best thing to do is excersize, believe it or not. You will build muscle (without looking like a body builder) which will cause you to gain weight

If you're really worried get checked by your doctor. But if the weight loss wasn't sudden and unintentional you probably just have a high metabolism and it's nothing to worry about. If you're really set on gaining weight, there are weight gain supplements you can get at the health food stores.as someone who was like you when I was young, I say, enjoy it while you're young. It'll catch up with you soon enough.

your body probably isn't made for weight gaining. If you eat a lot and are healthy, I don't think there is any problem.
Otherwise, ask you doctor about it ;)
