What are good songs to help me with this?

my gramma passed away a little less than a month ago. and I am having a really hard time dealing with it. music is usually my escape for everything. I just have this feeling that I need to sit down and cry. and music helps whenever I need a good cry. but I don't know of any songs about grandmothers. do you?

All emotions help one to express their true self. A gifting/knowledge of one's abilities allow individuals to "survive" during the hard/good times of Life. Stay connected to your emotions/feelings to express oneself. "Grandma's Hands" - (Bill Withers) is a comforting and "old" song which may help to heal your loss. Been there. Safe Journey.

I'm not going to go into specific, but listen to classical and gospel. I find classical is a soothing way of letting your feelings out and gospel a way to praise and celebrate The Lord and where your grandmother is living in heaven. R.I.P. to your grandmother.

Slept away by Avril lavigne. She wrote this song to her grandpa after he passed away and I always cry when I listen to this song and think of my grandpa.

I'm soo soo sorry your grandma pasted away. :( that's so sad! (My grandma from my dads side fall and also my step grandpa from my moms side fall.) if that makes you not so sad ;) lol also look up perry if in die? Maybe lol or maybe something by 1D? I don't know what your favorite singers are so ya ;) lol

I'm sorry about your grandmother.
I listen to a lot of Sarah McLachlan songs when I'm sad. Do What You Have to Do, I Will Remember You, Hold On, and even Ice Cream.

Im so sorry for your loss. You may not find songs specific to your circumstance, but there are many that can help you when you are sad/mourning, even if its not about grandmothers.

Sorry about your loss :[ but umm second hand serenade has some good songs like....... Why,like a knife,and by paramore.... mourning and umm keep holding on by Avril lavinge
