Just cut back your calorie intake.. Will power.. If you really want to do it, you can.. Tests show that a little of what you crave is just as good as eating a lot.,

eat right ! start a diet and FOLLOW it... you cant lose all of that weight if you don't workout hard enough. Good Luck.
