Can you help me?

I've had a little breathing problem where I wheeze and feel short of breath. I have a Dr appt. tomorrow. Any suggestions on home remedies for this?

Tea with lemon and honey can help. I would say stay away from coffee as it may speed you're heart rate with the caffeine it has and worsen you're problem

Drinking a cup of coffee will help. If you dont like coffee, try a cup of tea.

You can try using a vaporizer when you sleep and taking a hot shower. The steam will help break up whatever is in your lungs. Sounds like bronchitis, hope you feel better soon :)

i generally use hot vinegar and honey and sip it during the day and into the night. I also use Echinacea with Golden Seal, most all the time when getting a slight sore throat or wheezing, it keeps me from the doctors office and it doesn't cost more than a few dollars. i have rarely had to take a flu shot because I do the 8 days of taking this herb. you have to eat with it or it will make you throwup, it's a natural herb. Grocery outlet, uner five and Walmart a little over.
