Does the bible say anything about nose piercings?

I have anise stud and people from my old church were being completely judgemental when I came by for a visit and I think I remember reading in the bible about girls gettin their nose pierced but I don't know. (also I have my nostril pierced not a septum which is the "bull" one that other speak of) also please no rude comments about Christianity and such

I'm religious and I have a nose piercing.

Tattoos/Piercings/Etc. have nothing to do with a person's character/spirituality.

there is a reason the bible demonise tattoos!

becasue Tattoos are refered to symbology and Glyphs! when you print the right symbol on the right body part with the right color you can Enchance energy flow and even attract specefic energy vibration thru you!

We are meere data! we may feel physical but we are only energy!

symbols = Runes = letters.
rune words = words = Emotions = E-motions. Energy in motion.

lmao - GOD does not care if you have piercings/tattoos ect. AND for anyone out there: no one can actually tell you what God thinks about what you do. NO one should presume to speak for him or to know your path in life.

If You Say this, Then How do you know he Doesnt Care?
Report as
That is the point. I can't any more then anyone else. If you believe in God then this may be the plan he has set forth. If you do not believe then obviously he doesn't care. The saying God moves in mysterious ways would be my thought If i believed. Maybe the person you bumped into at lunch was the person who needed to see/hear you that day - see what I mean?

But you ARE 'saying' ....that HE doesn't care, and you're telling it to someone who is undoubtedly concerned with what GOD says about the issue....
which puts YOU in a the position that shadows that pivotal day I'm the garden...

Genesis 3:1

The Fall
Now the serpent was more crafty than any other beast of the field that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, ?Did God actually say, ?You[1] shall not eat of any tree in the garden???

That's your opinion that's not base on the Word Of God which makes your statement void. God speaks to His people though His Word so therefore we can say what God says about things based on His Word.

The Old Testament law commanded the Israelites, “Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD” (Leviticus 19:28) But the New Testament doesn't mention it.

IN THE NEW TESTAMENT

1 Timothy 2:9

likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire...

1 Peter 3:3

Do not let your adorning be external?the braiding of hair and the putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing you wear? 4but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious. 5For this is how the holy women who hoped in God used to adorn themselves...

You should ask yourself this question. Does it by any means Glorify God? The Bible say to walk after the things of the Spirit and not the flesh. We are to die to the flesh daily. This is something you want to do and not something that God tells you to do.

That's not the point. The point is when people do things the first thing in their mind should be, " Why I'm I wanting to do this? Is it to impress yourself or others? Is it because I think it's cool and so do my friends? Your definitely not doing it because God told you to. And that's what we are suppose to be doing, things the please Him.

We are not under law, but under grace. I'm sure Gods more concerned with your spiritual growth & the fact that faith without works is dead. Gods loves us & the ways we express our individuality. That's what makes us unique. He will notice you more by being holy & acting like Christ.

I think you're not supposed to self-mutilate...that would include poking holes into your skin.
