Is my hermit crab dead? What is wrong with him?

He was left in below freezing temperatures and he isn't coming out of his she'll and I'm crying so hard

Freezing conditions are not best for a hermit to stay in for long. You can try to charm him to see if he will come out. If nothing happens, check with a pet store for advice on what to do.

Ok what do u think if he moves his legs a little but other then that...nothing could he be hibernating?
