What's a good sore throat medicine that soothes?

Is it from coughing or bacterial throat infection( is there white spots in your throat)? If so gargle with salt and warm water it's nasty but it works, and try to get an appt with your doctor, if it's from coughing take some anti tussif cough sirop and honey or cough losenges like ricola, get well soon

Mix a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and then gargle with it twice a day.

Not only soothes but helps get rid of the problem is Zinc lozenges that dissolve in your mouth. Get them at CVS or Rite Aid.

A herbal throat remedy from Hong Kong. Nin jiom pei pe koa. Looks and acts like molasses. Tastes amazingly good. Super thick, you almost have to chew it. But at Walmart for under $7 CAD. If they don't carry, ask pharmacist to order it for you.

Yes, salt and warm water is a healer for sore throat or a sore mouth. My dentist told me this many years ago, and I have used it ever since.
