How to change a percent to a fraction

Report as

The process of converting a percent to a fraction involves writing down the percent and then dividing it by 100. You should then proceed to multiply the top and bottom by ten after every decimal point if the percent is not a whole number. Finally, reduce the fraction to a more simplified form.
