Go to Google or another search engine, and find a calorie counter. Count up the calories you eat/drink in one day (24 yrs), and see if you fall somewhere around 2000 cals. The average person will neither gain nor lose weight on 2000 cals. per day. Like other answers said, eat green veggies and fruits, dried beans for protein.
