Help! For weeks I have been unable to access 'connections' on my phone, home computer, or any of the computers at work. Why is this?

Because of this, I have no idea what the people I follow, and who follow me, are doing these days on Ask. I follow mainly people who make an educational contribution here, and I am unable to connect with them.

Hi Rathkeale, have you tried contacting Eric directly through the Help feature on Home Page?
Would be best first step, no guarantee of results... But he usually tries hard to be helpful in my experience. Good luck, that has to be annoying!!

Had same issue yesterday on my Windows based PC . But not on IOS device( for once!! Ha,ha).

From what I am hearing there have a couple complaints about this, I know CS has talked to at least one person who is having this problem and they are working on trying to figure out what is going on. Could you please contact CS, the more information they have on who is having the problem and what systems they are using will make it easier for them to track down the issue

Rath...OzMan had to open a new account. The mods kept telling him to switch browsers but it never worked. What a pain it is not to see your activity....especially if you answer more than two Qs a day.

I may have to follow that OzMan. I really like my username and would like to keep it. I will write to Eric again too.

Unfortunately for technical support type issues, you would need to contact Customer Support for troubleshooting assistance. Keep in mind too that if it's an actual glitch or coding issue with the site, that it can take a bit of time for it to be fixed, especially if the cause of the glitch isn't readily apparent.

I know that there have been a couple other people posting about a similar issue, so hopefully the devs will be able to figure something out soon. What browsers have you tried? Also have you tried clearing your cache, and then logging back into the site? Standard fix message I know, and considering that it's happening on multiple computers/devices probably won't help, but never hurts to try just in case. Also, is it just the links aren't working, or is nothing showing up at all?

When you do contact CS, if you can submit screen shots as well that can really help. Also as much detail as possible about exactly what's going on (or not going on as the case might be). Definitely understand too that it's frustrating when it's been an ongoing issue, with seemingly no immediate resolution available.
