It depends on the person and why your moving and what you plan on doing. Wanna vacation or relax there? I'd say Spain, Ireland, and Germany are my favorite vacation spots. Going to start a business or want to make money? Come to the U.S. and make the best out of the opportunity here.

Besides America, I would say Uganda, Africa, or Switzerland, Europe. Uganda's economy is in excellent shape. Switzerland has everything at low prices, but their taxes are really high.

Australia. They have cute accents and rich, strong economy. Don't like the greenhouse gasses they emit BUT, some things can be overlooked because of certain circumstances.

Hey, we have solar panels and my dad is the Nazi of turning it off properly if you're not using it. Although he does boil the kettle like 3 times before he actually gets round to using the water for tea.

But I wouldn't mind it if you came to Australia :)

I've seen it I think in Al Gore's "The Inconvenient Truth" from before that you guys produce CFC's like crazey...

I think at one point our government (Australian) was giving a rebate if you install solar panels along with water tanks?... Could be wrong but the gov makes certain industrial areas that emit too much green house gas pay higher taxes. Almost like punishment..

I am a girl. Yes I'm pretty sure it's to do with green house gasses that pay higher taxes. Not many people were happy about it though.

of course.. ahaha.. but it's a good incentive to manage the pollution being produced. There will always be opposition to those kinds of measures.
