Try to impress yourself more than others. Go out of your way to look more attractive in your own eyes, always think positively about your flaws, instead of saying "I'm too fat" think "I now have something to work off of to get muscle!". If others put you down always remember that they put you down to make themselves feel better, to discourage them, laugh, show them it doesn't effect you, and always remember if you get pushed down 7 times.. stand up 8.
do things that makes u happy and dont care about wat anyone else thinks if u know tht its good. always try hard and do ur best, be optimistic, and ignore those jealous losers that always try to make ppl feel bad :)
If your having trouble being happy with yourself, get a jar and everyday write something good that happened to you that day then at the end of year, look at how many things that were good happened and how you should be more confident
Hang out with positive people. Know you are as good as the next person and keep repeating it. Get involved in activities that will help your esteem and don't be afraid to give compliments. What goes around, comes around. Volunteer at an animal shelter or the local senior center. You will truly feel blessed and know you have a place in this world where you are much needed and appreciated. It is mind over matter also. keep away from the negative and don't sweat the small stuff. God bless..
you are wonderful. just remember that. you are who you were made to be. dont care about what others think because they dont know your story, they dont know your past, and they probably dont even know you. if its something on tv or magazines that make you feel lame, then just ignore it. I know this because i had that same problem. but now, im that crazy girl who is all ways wearing crazy socks, or pants, or something that def makes me stand out. and yeah, some people say i look stupid and am making a fool out of myself. but i dont care. i am happy being me. and you should be too. :) of course, you dont have to go quite as crazy as me. (;
For self-confidence build up your self-esteem. You can do this by looking at your good qualities, and the things that make you a special person. Lose some weight if necessary, eat healthy foods and exercise--these will help you tremendously as you'll feel better and develop a more optimistic, positive attitude.
