It depends on how old you are. If you are a teen, then you need at least 8 hrs. sleep a night. Turn off TV, phone, computer, music, etc, one hour before going to bed to clear your mind. If you are much older, like me, 71, you might need to take a multi-vitamin every day, might need Vitamin D every day or so, and might need to have some blood tests done at the doctor's to see if you have any other vitamin deficiencies.
