Has anybody tried finger induced lucid dreaming

I'm just getting started and I figured this would be an easy technique

I'm scared to. You can get these crazy hallucinations. I read so many stories on them and couldn't sleep for nights bc I was afraid of getting them lol.

You shouldn't be afraid of the hallucinations.
I've done thousands of WILDs, and only had auditory hallucinations.

I tried it last night, just to humor you.
It worked, but I still had auditory hallucinations.
So...you're not avoiding sleep paralysis.

Nice is it faster than normal wake induced lucid dreaming or just like it or not as vivid

It's exactly the same.
But it's more risky.

What do you mean more risky

It is hard to tell the difference between the dream, and the last stage of sleep paralysis.
And if you move, you have to start over.
So, there is a chance you are still awake when you bring your finger to nose.
Instead of doing finger to nose, try to imagine yourself floating in a circle.
That is a reality check, that even when wrong, will not force you to start over.
