What is the giant huge white curvy french furniture piece I see in these black and white movies from the 1920'. Is it a armoire or buffet

It is seemless and is usually in a sitting room of the palace. It has legs at the very bottom. Its about 8-10 ft tall

It appears you know what an "armoire" is, so I suggest you do a bit more research rather than have someone tell you. :-)

I have I looked at french pieces and antique pieces. I can't find it. The furniture piece is so massive and I have seen it in many black and white movies.
