What is the best thing to do to ankles that lock up when running?
I'm in tennis and it's starting to bother me. I do have ankle braces but they aren't the sturdy kind. Other than that, what should I do?
-edit- the thing is, it doesnt hurt at all, it just bothers me because I have to start skipping and limping for about 15 seconds. so anything about relieving pain might/might not help :3
