Pizza.
Peanut butter
mark-who are u asking?
and by the way josh, its not for lent, jews dont practice that. we have a few days througout the year that we fast; today thousands of years ago we were threatened to be wiped out entirely, so we all fasted-and have ever since. then this weekend we celebrate with a super fun holiday because we were saved. (waddup mini history lesson!!!)
A whole pizza, bowl full of fried chicken, or a plate full of cheeseburgers....
Pizza, Burger, Fries, Pie, Steak, Meat
Fruits and vegetables, no spicy foods, less calorific foods
Eat food rich in fibre content, eat fruits and vegetables a lot, avoid junk food for sure, and also drink plenty of water.
This is because they are a nut, not a fruit. And nuts are Protein, not a carbohydrate.
Carbs will make you hungry after about an hour. I am diabetic and am hungry after eating carbs like spaghetti or bread. Stick to protein. Greek Yogurt is a good, cheap source. Drinking something hot (coffee/tea) or soup will also help!
Having oatmeal for breakfast is also a good choice! A banana will fill you up as will any fruit.
To say "fiber" is misleading. There are 2 types of fiber - soluble and insoluble. Insoluble is the type that does not change as it passes through the syste; eg corn kernel hull. It will race through you. Soluble fiber dissolves and turns into a gel that helps absorb water (needed for smooth bowel movements) and keeps things moving at a gentle pace. This kind of fiber can help, but too much can cause intestinal distress (gas, bloating, etc).
Protein takes the longest to digest and is why you see it promoted in diets (Atkins) and on diet foods. They even add protein to water and market it as a diet aid because it slows the digestion process down.
oatmeal and toast, water
Fibre, dairy products or check out this article
Diet State Of Mind
A successful diet is first and foremost dependent on your mindset; you must understand that dieting (weight loss) is not a quick fix but a lifestyle, you must think of your diet as a practice by changing your eating habits. Habits die hard, and that is why you must slowly wean yourself from your old habit and begin practicing new ones, if you are able to achieve this then you are already a success.

I would suggest peanut butter either with an apple or some multigrain toast.
peanut butter, certain soups, food with lots of fiber, healthy meals not fast food or junk food.
to eat a good breakfast keeps you fuller
eat lots of junk food then some thing quick
a lot of people said oatmeal and this is true but make sure it is a good brand of oatmeal and I mean like a whole Steel Oats brand in the organic section of the store. Because if you eat a name brand oatmeal that is say Quaker it is disgusting and taste like paste, and it's all goooey..yuk. So when you make your oatmeal shred some apple's into it and put some crushed up walnuts or pecans in it. Some cinnamon, and some good other dried fruits or fresh fruit slices. This is good with milk, soy milk, almond milk. Also through out the day drink lots of water, because sometimes we feel hungry but it is just our stomach digesting our food and after you drink water to help your digestive system out it will cause your body to feel fed. If you feel hungry a lot of the time perhaps your eating foods that do not feed your body, high in fat low in nutrition will leave you starving a lot of the time.
pizza oatmeal :)
eat things known for fiber, or protein.....a lot of unhealthy foods don't fill you up well, and you will start to gorge. peanuts, fruits are good aswell, cheese, so on.
have 2 glasses of water and chew your food alot and that shoould make you full.
pizza, chicken oatmeal this is me marklover but i change cuz i forgot my password :P
the best food that can keep you full is a lot of mash potatoes and the drink is even little of sunnyde
well, i cant think of any but drinking a glass of water before every meal helps keep u full
Well it depends. How hungry are you at the moment? I prefer having ravioli or other pasta dishes.
Items with fibre in it. For example, cream of wheat, pizza, a sandwich.
eat some hot wings with ranch ooooo
Eat protein. This will fill you more than anything else.
Have a long banana and you will see
Foods like stews, casseroles, pies. I know, personally, pancakes make me full all day.
Almonds or some legumes; rice also works, but it's hard to eat just plain rice. Fiber "tricks" your mind into thinking you're full because it isn't actually digested. Eating so you don't eat the rest of the day is a pretty lousy diet, though. Try something balanced if you're looking to lose weight, and get more exercise.
rice and meat
Hello Rose,
Hunger is a powerful physical need which we cannot overcome with willpower alone. Foods that keep you feeling full longer can help reduce the amount of calories you consume each day. Most foods that sate your craving are low in energy density, high in volume and low in calories, which means you can eat more and feel full longer.
Choose complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, vegetables and lean protein foods such as egg whites, fish, dairy products, lentils, chickpea snacks, beans that can be added to salads, soups and casseroles are some healthy options that help you feel full until your next meal.
