No. Only a limit to what we know NOW. The future, if I may get corny for a moment, it out there waiting for us.

Nope. Scientists, yes. As long as they can make the right technology in the right amount of time, then they can discover anything. If they can't, then the entire world may just start over.

Science is the study of the universe and the application of knowledge in order to ease life. If there is an end to the universe and a level at which our existence could not be improved any further, then yes, science has a limit.
In practicality if you mean, a limit anytime in the forseeable future, then no.
