What exactly is conditioning?
conditioning for my tennis team starts next week and i don't really know that to expect. I'm not really sure what is involved in conditioning besides running. or is that all that it is? I'm confused. i also have anxiety about not being able to breathe, which is why running makes me nervous. because last year i had to go to the er because i thought i couldn't breathe. and i have an inhaler but i got that just in case from the doctor. i don't know I'm confused about conditioning and i don't want to go there and have an anxiety attack.
