Is the snowstorm in Kansas over? Or is it not even half way done?

I might be traveling across Kansas that's why!

There are actually 2 weather systems in play, and the first one is over. The second one hits tonight and it's worse than the first: ICE. Travel advisories are in effect for both Kansas and Oklahoma (we got hit over here too). Advisories will be in place for Arkansas and Missouri only a few hours later.

Thank you. Power outages are expected overnight, in the wee hours. I'm ready, though.

I have individual gas furnaces instead of central heating, which means that the furnace isn't dependent on electric fans or blowers--they can operate with or without a fan or blower. No generator, as that needs gasoline. I fun stuff from car batteries here, solar charged. LED lamps. I'm good. :)

I'm in east Kansas and it hasn't even started here yet. It is suppose to start between 5-7 am and where are suppose to get 5-11 inches of snow with some sleet to top it off at the end. Won't that be fun to shovel? (rolls eyes)

Western parts of Missouri are supposed to get 10-15 inches of snow between now and Friday
