First use a moisturizing shampoo, and then use your conditioner, when you rinse out the conditioner, use really warm, warm water to rinse it out, and leave just a trace of the conditioner in your hair, then wring out excess water off, and just barely pat it with a towel, then Use a leave in conditioner that's somewhat thick, ( not the spray in stuff) or hair lotion, is good, oh and be sure to put on damp hair, then when you blow dry your hair,do not dry it completely, you want to mostly air dry it, or you can use the cool button on the hair drier, but keep it at the lowest setting, oh, and a weekly oil treatment is good.

Really, really warm waters opens up the hair cuticle leaving it rough and vulnerable. A cool rinse at the end of the wash helps close the cuticle, leaving it smooth.

Use conditioner (if you arent already), blow dry it before going to bed while brushing, straighten it in the morning to get rid of the frizz however if you dont have a good quality straightener the frizz might return during the day.

Not drying your hair before bed could be the problem. Wearing a cotton cap and smoothing in some leave-in conditioner at night could help.
