By Texas State Law, under what specific circumstances can an oral contract for the sale of real state be acceptable in a Texas court of law

Report as

As far as can be established form the constitution of Texas, a contract for sale of real estate cannot be made orally; it must be in writing. A contract granting lease of real estate for a term longer than a year also has to be in writing. Talk to an attorney for professional legal advice.
