How to get a beach body by summer

I'm 13 and 117 pounds my friends say I'm skinny but I want a beach body and lose weight like at least 10 or 20 by summer how can I running push-ups any good diets?

If you want to lose weight, find a calorie counter on Google or somewhere. Add up the calories you eat/drink in one day (24 hrs). The average person who doesn't want to lose or gain weight should be eating only 2000 calories per day. If you are eating/drinking more than that, cut back to 2000 cal. You will lose weight. To gain muscle, do pushups, pullups, and running helps, too.
PS: I also forgot to mention than teens need at least 8 hrs sleep at night, to get enough rest and not be tired the next day!

I am saying this to you in the kindest way possible. If your friends tell you that you are skinny and you are having body issues at 13 you will be in for a rude awakening when you get older. Just have a fun summer, buy a cute bathing suit and enjoy!

A beach body is for an adult, so adults can admire her. Grown men shouldn't be looking at you and boys your age aren't picky. Just enjoy life this summer.

I actually think salads and carbs and basically healthy foods give me a bloated look. Mostly because of the big portion you are expected to eat especially with salads. If you eat chocolate, ice cream and liquids it actually makes my stomach more flat as long you arent a pig and eating massive portions. Stick to snacking sizes and eat every 2-4 hours. So basically you can't be healthy and have a flat stomach. I'm around the same age and I weigh 97 pounds,

there is no such thing as a good diet. there is only one diet and its not a diet its called eating healthy :) and yea workout and do cardio but most importantly eat healthy and whole foods..cuz 80% of your body is what you eat, 10 is workout and 10 is genetics. :) good luck xD
