I have this weird pain.

lower right just below rib cage. it feels fine for about 30 seconds, then feels like I'm stabbed for a few seconds. I've gone to the doctor but I live in Alaska, so healthcare isn't great.

The best way to deal with the pain is to get the proper diagnosis of what you could possibly suffering from. The pain could be because of a disorder of the liver or an injury. You have to see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

The problem is that they can't seem to diagnose me.

Try a Chiropractic doctor instead of a Medical doctor.

I understand seeing a chiropractor for spine, hip, bone probs in general, even heard of ear trouble being helped , but chiropractor for abdominal pain? Interesting:).

Please see another doctor. Some doctor must know what's going on.

Lower right quadrant- liver, kidney (back would probably hurt too though), possibly appendix (takes awhile for pain to settle to traditional lower spot), close to ribs so possibly cracked?

Thank you. I don't think my ribs are cracked. (I'm a swimmer, not to much injury) do you know more?

If the pain were upper right I would question gall bladder. Any bowel problems? If so could be colitis & would explain waxing & waning of stabbing pain. Being a swimmer I wonder if it is muscular.

Oh & if female- ovarian cyst could be possible.

My mom had a problem with ovarian cysts. I think I've figured it out though. :)
