Maybe depression & a dr could help:). Could also try a life change- new job, hobby, friend, etc. good luck!

Get a checkup with your physician. Might be a nutritional deficiency. Mine is B12, so I get a weekly shot. I hope you find a solution... Feel better soon!

You could have a sleep disorder called sleep apnea. Lots of infirmation is available. Research and see if it applies to you.

When is the last time you took an actual vacation? Americans are ranked 2nd globally for taking least amount of days off! (Gotta love the japanese! There ranked 1) the average american takes less than 5 days a year! The average german take 5weeks!

Sometimes just getting out of town for a weekend retreat can work wonders! And you dont have to go far! AAA has all sorts of information on their website for close to home vacations! Just type in your zip code and your off! Good luck

Holiday! Have a nice relaxing holiday with your family or someone who you truly enjoy the company of. Even if you can't afford a holiday I'm sure you can afford to go camping. Camping's great! Super cheap and great fun. Also after your holiday you might want to take a few extra days off work just to relax in your own home. (Prevention of post holiday depression)
