Do you mean high blood pressure? If so, you need to be diagnosed by a doctor. You cannot treat high blood pressure on your own until you are certain you have it continually and it wasn't something that aggravated you to cause your pressure to rise one day and become normal the next.
Your healthcare provider will give you lifestyle changes and/or medication to lower it. Don't play around with this issue. It could cause a heart attack and other ailments.

I had always had blood pressure of like 100/60, I changed jobs and it went up and stayed at 135/90 ish for a year and half. I didn't really thing I was stressed out that bad. I lost 20-pounds, exercised a lot, etc. nothing made a change, the pressure was still high. I was fixing to make a doc. apt., but I decided to switch my schedule around and now it is back down to 110/70ish. I went to 7 nights in a row and off 7 and that is when it went up, now I am 3-on and 4- off, three on four off.
Don't forget about stress.
It was 100% stress related for me. You can be stressed out and not really know how bad it is hurting you. I work in an extreme high stress unpredictable environment. We try and fight off death almost every night as we code kids for hours. Trauma center.
