What helps you think more positively?
Or rather, what helps you look at things, that seem/feel very negative, in a positive light? I've had a lot of what you'd call "experiences" this month, and I know the way I think, doesn't help the situation. I've tried to stay positive, but the negative thoughts just seem to take over. It's also become a bit of a habit. sometimes it's hard to look at certain things in a positive light-but I know it's better to be positive. so, tips? Advice? council? thanks. (no simple answers, please. It's not a "simple" task to me.)
